Ellicar Pools and Gardens operates from offices and show garden located in Gringley on the Hill, DN10 4SN. We offer a wide range of services from design and build of natural swimming pools, gardens and various landscapes. We are a family run business with quality and ecology at the forefront of our values.

Exciting position to work in a small team constructing bespoke natural swimming pools and surrounding landscapes. Offering the opportunity to learn a range of skills, work regionally and nationally alongside progression within the company.

Duties:

  • Groundworks and excavations using various machinery
  • Installation of underground drainage
  • Pool construction with concrete rafts, blockwork walls
  • Pool/pond liners, filter equipment and pipework installation
  • Hard landscaping such as paths, paving, decking, turfing to finish around the pool
  • Proficiency in reading plans, setting out and use of laser levels.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum experience in landscaping, construction, groundworks and demonstrate ability to perform the duties specified to a high standard and proficiency
  • Able to continuously learn and develop
  • Hardworking team player
  • Able to live away for projects further afield with all accommodation and arranged expenses covered
