The Role: We’re looking for a passionate, driven coach to join the Ellevate team on a part-time basis and to grow alongside the business. You’ll deliver 1-1 and small group training sessions, support online clients through the Ellevate App, and help people build confidence in strength training. You’ll also play an active role in our community, both in person and online, and represent the Ellevate brand through social media and events. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality 1-1 and group training sessions in EmpoweredFit Liverpool and various residential locations around Liverpool.
- Complete client set-ups, check-ins, and programming via the Ellevate App.
- Conduct regular catch-up calls and offer client support via message between sessions.
- Build strong relationships, creating a welcoming and motivating atmosphere.
- Contribute to social media by posting on your dedicated @name_ellevate Instagram account and collaborating with our main brand page.
- Attend team meetings, workshops, and Ellevate community events.
- Stay up to date with best practices in fitness, strength training, and women’s health.
Key Deliverables:
- Deliver consistent, high-quality coaching aligned with Ellevate’s brand values.
- Educate clients on sustainable, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle habits.
- Create progressive, personalised training plans.
- Be camera confident for educational and social content.
- Engage with the Ellevate online community and support client accountability.
- Maintain client records and contribute to ongoing development sessions.
- Be open to occasional travel (e.g. Manchester or UK events).
