The Role
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Academy Coach to deliver engaging, age-appropriate sessions that align with our player development model. You’ll create a positive learning environment, provide feedback through our app, and support fixtures, tournaments, and development events. Building strong relationships with players, parents, and schools is key.
Requirements
- UEFA B Licence (minimum)
- 3+ years’ youth coaching experience
- Strong communication and player development skills
- Safeguarding & First Aid certified
- Available evenings and weekends
Experience in professional academies or schools, and familiarity with digital coaching tools.
