You will play a key role in delivering a differentiated and engaging curriculum, supporting students' academic and personal development, and contributing to the wider life of the college. As a teacher at Ellesmere College, you will:

- Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead by example in behaviour management and professional standards.

Qualifications
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status and a relevant degree.
- Has experience across Post-16, Secondary, Primary or EYFS settings.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Has a strong understanding of inclusive education and SEN.
- Is resilient, flexible, and enthusiastic about working with children.
- Is willing to undertake ongoing professional development, including Team Teach and First Aid training.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience working with pupils with Communication & Interaction Difficulties.
- A qualification in Special Educational Needs.
- Experience in line management.
- A sense of humour and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Experience of teaching at a special school setting (desirable)
- Evidence of being an excellent classroom teacher (essential)
