Queensway Hospital, part of the specialist Ellern Mede Group, is looking for a registered mental health nurse to join the team. We provide high-quality, compassionate inpatient care for adults with complex and acute mental health needs.
Your expertise will directly impact recovery, independence, and dignity. As part of a forward-thinking team, you will help shape and continuously improve our offer, including Reduced Restrictive Practice programming, NG feeding support, and recovery-oriented MDT working. You will be valued, visible, and supported through clinical supervision, leadership opportunities, and service development.
You will bring:
Registered Nurse status with a passion for mental health
Experience in inpatient MH care acute, complex, or eating disorder settings
Strong clinical skills (NG-feeding, risk, care planning) and knowledge of legal frameworks
