As an Administrator on our Inpatient Ward in Gravesend, you\’ll support both clinical and non-clinical teams, handle queries and calls, and manage a shared inbox. The role requires resilience and professionalism in sensitive situations.
You’ll work every Saturday as well as some Bank Holidays, following an annual rota (some flexibility available). Paid weekday training and shadowing are provided. This is a site-based role, so please ensure you\’re comfortable working on the Ward before applying.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Entering and extracting information via the patient electronic records system.
- Managing queries relating to the administration team.
- Scanning, filing and printing as required.
- Taking calls and recording patient information
- Completing statutory and mandatory training
Essential requirements:
- You will be a team player able to adapt to changing work practices.
- Strong attention to detail as accuracy is a key requirement of the role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively supporting the role.
- A background in administration
This post is subject to a Standard DBS clearance.
This position could be open to a job share, however, applications from those who are able to cover every Saturday will be prioritised.
