Are you an experienced retail professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a busy superstore while overseeing warehouse and ecommerce operations? As Assistant Superstore Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of the superstore, ensuring the team is well organised, motivated and focused on delivering excellent customer service and income. You will lead on staff rotas, stock management, shop standards, sales performance and operational delivery, while also overseeing the wider warehouse and ecommerce functions within the team.
Working closely with the Head of Retail, you will help drive the commercial performance of the superstore and ensure the warehouse and ecommerce operations support the wider retail strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can manage people effectively, identify opportunities to increase income and ensure all areas of the operation work together successfully.
