On-site full-time – 2 days in office (DA10 0AB), 1 day from Gravesend (DA11 7HQ), 2 from home

Salary – £30,000-£33,871

About Us:

Ellenor is a hospice charity supporting the population of North Kent and Bexley. We have an in-patient ward and a range of services delivered through a multi-disciplinary team. Our non-clinical teams play an essential role is supporting our work, allowing us to be dedicated to enabling every person we support to have the experience they deserve.

As a HR Advisor, you will:

• Provide excellent HR advice through a variety of communications tools
• Support and coach managers on employee relations cases
• Monitor key HR metrics
• Maintain and update record, procedures and documents regularly
• Provide managers with recruitment support

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have proven previous experience in a HR role
• Keep up to date with employment law and employee relations issues
• Have experience reviewing and implementing company policies
• Ideally have experience using systems such as SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Page Tiger
• Be qualified CIPD Level 5 or by relevant work experience
