Ellenborough Park is a five-star country house hotel, spa, and restaurant, nestled in 90 acres of glorious grounds between the Cotswolds' highest point and the Cheltenham Racecourse gallops. Our historic manor house has been meticulously restored to its original splendor, offering laid-back dining experiences, a rejuvenating spa, and rooms filled with country house charm. We combine history, elegance, and nature to provide a unique and enchanting experience for our guests.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cheltenham for a Head Housekeeper. The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property. Duties include:
- Managing laundry services
- Coordinating with other departments for seamless guest experiences
- Training and supervising housekeeping staff
- Maintaining organized records and inventories
