Housekeeping - Full Time/Part Time - Permanent & Casual

Cheltenham Full-Time No home office possible

We are currently recruiting for Housekeeping team members to clean hotel bedrooms, public areas and support housekeeping porters.

A variety of shifts are available typically:

10am – 3pm
2pm – 6pm
6pm – 9pm
Longer shifts on weekends

Experience not essential as full training will be given.

Key Tasks

To ensure all guest rooms and public areas are serviced and maintained to the highest standards in accordance with the hotels policies;
To consistently be customer focused and deliver excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent attention to detail;
Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive and can-do attitude;
Guest focused with a genuine passion for delivering sensational service

Bus stop outside of the hotel, regular bus routes are the W and 606. No service on a Sunday.

We can offer casual and permanent hours but please note weekend availability is essential for contracted hours.
