  • Care Planning: Collaborative working with our Clinical Lead to update bespoke care plans and risk assessments.
  • Support and Care: Support clients with complex conditions including neurological disorders (Parkinson’s, stroke, brain injury), cancer, palliative and end‑of‑life care, respiratory conditions, and post‑operative recovery.
  • Ambassadorial Standards: Maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for the client’s privacy and home environment.

Other Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (Adult or Paediatric) with active NMC registration, valid PIN and a minimum of 12 months’ post‑registration UK clinical or hospital experience.
  • Specialist clinical expertise in at least one area: complex care, palliative care, oncology, neurology, paediatrics or critical/acute care, with the ability to make safe, autonomous decisions in a client’s home.
  • Exceptional communication and customer‑care skills, demonstrating warmth, sensitivity, professionalism and discretion.
  • Fully compliant to work, including Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and Right to Work in the UK.
  • Flexible and reliable, able to work live‑in rotational patterns and travel with clients when required.
