- Support and Care: Support clients with complex conditions including neurological disorders (Parkinson’s, stroke, brain injury), cancer, palliative and end-of-life care, respiratory conditions, and post-operative recovery.
- Ambassadorial Standards: Maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for the client’s privacy and home environment.
Other Responsibilities:

- Exceptional communication and customer-care skills, demonstrating warmth, sensitivity, professionalism and discretion.
- Fully compliant to work, including Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and Right to Work in the UK.
