- Ambassadorial Standards: Maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for the client’s privacy and home environment.
Other Responsibilities:
- Accompany clients on stays away from home, including care-assisted holidays in the UK and abroad, maintaining the same world-class standard of care at all times.

- Exceptional communication and customer-care skills, demonstrating warmth, sensitivity, professionalism and discretion.
- Fully compliant to work, including Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and Right to Work in the UK.
- Flexible and reliable, able to work live-in rotational patterns and travel with clients when required.
