This shows that you’re not just a nurse, but a knowledgeable professional ready to tackle the challenges of live-in care.

Prepare for Scenario Questions

Expect scenario-based questions that assess your decision-making and problem-solving skills in a home environment. Think about past situations where you had to make quick decisions or adapt to changing needs. Practising these scenarios can help you articulate your thought process clearly.

Ask Insightful Questions

At the end of the interview, don’t forget to ask questions! Inquire about the team dynamics, the types of clients you might work with, or how they support their nurses in maintaining a work-life balance. This shows your genuine interest in the role and helps you gauge if it’s the right fit for you.
