The predicted salary is between 21000 - 28000 £ per year.
Main duties include:
- To phone call potential clients and arrange secure appointments for the company’s field based Consultants to visit the client in their home.
- To realise the full potential of the telephone leads supplied by:
- Adapting your approach to different lead sources and different types of clients
- Following up calls within expected timeframes and organising call backs at appropriate times
- Organising lead and diary information efficiently and effectively and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to meet sales targets with a proven track record
- Relevant computer skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive team player attitude
- Call centre experience.
Hours: 8.45am-5pm or 9.45am-6:00pm
Basic Salary plus performance related commission based on number of secure appointments booked.
Basic Salary: Up to £21,000pa
Realistic Commission of £4,000pa-£7,000pa
