Elle R Leisure is excited to be opening Longridge House, a stunning new hotel and wedding venue set in the heart of the Lancashire countryside. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Guest Relations Manager to play a key role in helping us create exceptional guest experiences from day one. Boasting 23 bedrooms, two exclusive cottages, three event spaces, 2 bars and a restaurant, Longridge House will be a premier destination for high-end weddings and bespoke events, as well offering exceptional dining and hotel experiences that match the elegance and charm of the venue.
Who we are: Elle R leisure is a true independent multi concept operator. We have been trailblazers for the last 20 years and are still progressing and expanding in the North West hospitality industry. Our venues include the Alberts Restaurants, Dukes 92, Woodlands Hotel, Soughton Hall, Hello Hotel and now Longridge House.
The Role: As Operations Manager you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience and operations from the very beginning. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of an exciting adventure, leading the charge in delivering exceptional hospitality across our food and beverage operations, weddings, and events. You will oversee multiple areas of the venue, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while maintaining our commitment to quality, detail, and unforgettable guest experiences.
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant, bar, and event operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences.
- Lead and motivate the F&B and Events teams to maintain high service standards.
- Manage team levels and logistics for events to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring flawless execution.
- Maintain high standards of restaurant and bar service, delivering a seamless guest experience.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align operational capabilities with event strategies.
- Monitor the operational budget, focusing on cost control and profitability.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and support team development to ensure top-tier hospitality and product knowledge.
- Act as the point of contact for guests during events, handling any concerns professionally.
- Analyse feedback and data to drive improvements in operations.
