Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and have a proven track record of leading culinary teams to success? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you, Didsbury\’s favourite neighbourhood restaurant & bar Albert’s is on the hunt for a highly motivated and experienced Head Chef.
What are we looking for?
Someone to lead and manage the kitchen team, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff. Oversee daily operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Encourage creativity and skill development within the team.
Maintain consistent and high-quality food standards. Conduct regular tastings and assessments to ensure that all dishes meet our restaurant\’s high standards.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness.
Work with management to establish and manage kitchen budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
