We are representing a well-regarded UK law firm with a thriving non-contentious construction practice, and we're looking for a talented Senior Associate to join a team that punches well above its weight. You'll work alongside three highly experienced partners bringing deep expertise across major infrastructure, development and procurement work on genuinely complex, high-value matters for an impressive client base.

You'll be advising on a broad range of non-contentious construction work, including:

  • Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (JCT, NEC and bespoke)
  • Procurement advice
  • Development agreements
  • Front-end risk management for developers, funders, contractors and public sector clients
