This top-tier US firm (offering full Cravath salary) is looking to recruit a projects/construction lawyer at 2+pqe.
The role is working as part of a very lean projects/construction team, so you must be interested in taking on high levels of responsibility whilst working directly with senior partners.
The work involved includes advising on the full range of construction/projects documentation including EPC contracts.
Experience of working closely with project finance and energy/infra M&A colleagues on global projects is essential, so it is most likely that you will be coming out of a projects/construction team at a Magic or Silver circle firm.
