This top-tier international law firm is looking to recruit a corporate M&A lawyer at 4-6pqe to advise on a broad range of M&A work. This is a growth role due to the recent success of the team. Rare in the current market, the role will NOT be focused exclusively on private equity M&A, although there will be opportunities to advise private equity clients. The bulk of the work will be focused on private M&A for large corporate clients. There will be some public M&A and ECM work too. There is a lot of infrastructure and energy M&A work in the team but this is not their sole focus.

Generalist corporate M&A lawyers with experience from top-tier firms in London, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand, or other common law jurisdictions are encouraged to apply. Experience of energy/infra M&A is beneficial but not essential.

In terms of culture, the team is collegiate and they very rarely lose people. They are elite and standards are high but everyone gets on well.
