This top-tier international law firm is looking to recruit a corporate M&A lawyer at 2-5pqe to advise on a broad range of M&A work.
This is a growth role due to the recent success of the team.
Rare in the current market, the role will NOT be focused exclusively on private equity M&A. The bulk of the work will be focused on private M&A for large corporate clients.
Generalist corporate M&A lawyers with experience from top-tier firms in London, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand, or other common law jurisdictions are encouraged to apply.
Experience of advising clients in the telco, tech, insurance, or banking sectors will be helpful but is not essential.
In terms of culture, the team is collegiate and they very rarely lose people. They are elite and standards are high but everyone gets on well.
