This is an opportunity to join a lean, high-performing practice where associates work closely with partners and gain significant exposure to sophisticated fund finance transactions.

The Practice

• Strong borrower-side focus acting for some of the world's leading private equity and alternative asset managers
• Growing private credit offering with exposure to both borrower and lender-side mandates
• Broad mix of fund finance products including capital call facilities, NAV lending, hybrid structures and emerging market-leading solutions
• Exposure to innovative products and evolving structures originating in the US market

The team is keen to speak with lawyers who can demonstrate strong technical ability and genuine enthusiasm for the fund finance space.

• Fund Finance Associates from leading international, US or Magic Circle firms

• Associates with experience across capital call, NAV and hybrid facilities
• Candidates who understand (or are keen to develop expertise in) newer structures such as rated note feeders and CFO transactions
