Rare in the current market, the role will NOT be focused exclusively on private equity M&A, although there will be opportunities to advise private equity clients. The bulk of the work will be focused on private M&A for large corporate clients. There will be some public M&A and ECM work too. There is a lot of infrastructure and energy M&A work in the team but this is not their sole focus.

In terms of culture, the team is collegiate and they very rarely lose people. They are elite and standards are high but everyone gets on well.
