The Marketing Executive – UK & Ireland will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen Ellab’s brand presence, drive commercial growth, and support both equipment and service offerings. Reporting to the UK and Ireland Marketing Manager, this role also collaborates closely with Sales, Service, and Global Marketing teams to generate awareness, nurture leads, and deliver a consistent brand experience across the UK and Irish markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute region-specific marketing campaigns aligned to commercial priorities and global strategy.
- Localize and adapt global marketing content for the UK & Ireland market.
- Coordinate lead generation activities including digital campaigns, outbound initiatives, webinars, and industry events.
- Manage event participation (trade shows, conferences, seminars), from planning to post-event reporting.
- Support the regional sales team with collateral, case studies, presentations, and customer content.
- Maintain and update localized web pages, social media, and digital marketing channels.
- Partner with Global Marketing and Product Management to roll out product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Track marketing performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain brand consistency and compliance with Ellab’s global communication standards.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market intelligence to support strategic decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Essential Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, social, paid media, web).
- Experience with content creation and copywriting for marketing purposes.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance reporting.
- Experience assisting with event and tradeshow coordination.
- Ability to ensure brand consistency across marketing touchpoints.
- Understanding of market research and competitive monitoring.
- Experience with CRM would be advantageous.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.
