Trustee Based: Rowcroft Hospice, Ella's Gardens, Avenue Road, Torquay, TQ2 5LS This is a voluntary, unpaid, position but reasonable travel expenses will be paid. The Ella Rowcroft Endowment Trust was established to create a long-term permanent endowment for Rowcroft Hospice so that it can continue to deliver the highest possible standard of care to more patients, and their families, living with life-limited illnesses in South Devon, for generations to come. The Endowment Trust is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) sitting alongside Rowcroft Hospice. We are looking for a new trustee to join this exciting Trust. The ideal candidates will be highly successful business leaders or entrepreneurs, have a good understanding or experience of managing investments and either have strong networks or a willingness to build them within the Ultra High Net Worth community. You will represent The Ella Rowcroft Endowment Trust within the community and be an active participant in its future growth and direction. Rowcroft has a dynamic and friendly board, and a strong executive team who jointly own an ambitious 5-year strategy covering the clinical and commercial imperatives of the charity, ensuring it meets the changing demographic needs of the local community. The Ella Rowcroft Endowment Trust has been established as part of this strategy and will be integral in ensuring the long-term vitality of the Hospice.
