Role: Head of Sales - High-Growth FMCG Food Brand

Package: £90,000 – £100,000 + 20% bonus

Location: Buckinghamshire, Hybrid (3 days per week in office/2 at home)

The Role (What You’ll Be Doing):

  • Run the UK Sales Engine
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the UK sales team (currently a lean, high-impact group).
  • Build the structure and capability needed for the next phase of growth.
  • Personally manage relationships with the Top 4 UK grocery multiples.
