My client is looking for a sharp, commercially-minded National Account Manager (NAM) to join their successful, rapidly expanding team at a High-Growth Sustainable Food Scale-Up. If you are an expert in UK Grocery, thrive on building strategic customer relationships, and are passionate about promoting healthier, planet-friendly food, we want to hear from you.

They are a market leader in their high-growth category, known for their innovative, super-nutritious core product, which offers a natural, gut-friendly, and sustainable food source. What You'll Be Doing:

  • You will be handed the responsibility for at least two major National Grocery Accounts (covering the UK's top retailers) with direct opportunities to expand your portfolio as they continue to scale rapidly:
  • Commercial Leadership: Master your accounts by owning the P&L, forecasting, pricing, and promotional strategy to ensure profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Customer Partnership: Build and maintain strategic, highly effective relationships with key retail buyers, positioning yourself as the trusted expert for our product category.
  • Joint Business Planning: Develop and execute ambitious Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that align with our brand strategy and deliver maximum value for our retail partners.
  • Insight-Driven Sales: Transform category data and market trends into compelling, insight-led sales stories and pitches that drive distribution and sales volume.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful shopper campaigns and flawless execution on the shelf.
