Start a new adventure in the Boreal Forest! We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Back Shop and Pro Shop Attendants to join our team for the upcoming golf season. The Back Shop & Pro Shop Attendant plays an important role in daily golf operations by assisting golfers, maintaining carts and equipment, and supporting the pro shop staff. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Back Shop Duties
- Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts for daily play
- Wash and store carts after use
- Maintain practice areas including driving range, range balls, and bag drop area
- Assist golfers with loading/unloading clubs
- Monitor pace of play when required
- Ensure outside areas remain clean, organized, and presentable
- Pro Shop Duties
- Greet guests and provide friendly customer service
- Assist with tee time check‑ins and daily operations
- Process merchandise and golf‑related purchases
- Answer phone calls and assist with tee time bookings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (golf bags, range baskets)
