Call Gary today at (phone number removed) Your new role includes: * Sales & Customer Relationship Building: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. * Product Knowledge & Consultation: Provide expert advice on window and door products * Quote Preparation & Negotiation: Create and present accurate quotes, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining company margins. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients. * Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Present window and door samples, perform site visits and conduct product demonstrations to help clients make informed decisions. * Order Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final order. * Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings. * For Junior Sales Reps: Assist in lead generation, conduct research, shadow experienced sales representatives, and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop product knowledge and sales skills. Experience you need: * Must have Window and Door sales experience, uPVC, timber, aluminum, aluclad, etc… * A passion for sales, and strong communication skills. * Strong organizational and follow-up skills. * Ability to adapt to different customer needs and situations. * For Junior Sales Representatives: A strong desire to develop in sales, excellent listening skills, and the ability to ask questions and understand customer needs. * For Experienced Sales Representatives: Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle customer objections, and close sales.
