Elize Partners is a Swiss-headquartered fast growing talent solutions business. Building on the success of our latest hires in Zurich and London, we are now looking to hire two further Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join the business from July in our London Office.

This is an opportunity to join a company where your impact is visible from day one. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, gaining direct exposure to live mandates and high-value client relationships in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The role begins with a strong focus on candidate delivery, building networks, understanding markets, and managing processes before evolving into client engagement and business development. Through structured training and hands-on experience, you’ll develop into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant with ownership of your own desk.

We are looking for individuals who are commercially minded, driven, and eager to build a long-term career in recruitment. No prior experience is required.
