We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our wholesale and B2B operations. This role sits at the heart of the sales function, ensuring seamless communication with trade customers, effective management of our B2B platform, and strong administrative support to the wider sales team.

Salary: £26k + 10% discretionary bonus

Location: Potter's Bar (24mins from Kings Cross)

Hybrid: 2 days per week in Potters Bar

What you will be doing

  • Trade Communication: Manage shared inboxes, ensuring all incoming requests are handled or correctly routed. Act as a key point of contact for Account Managers on queries not handled by the Operations team. Support the transition of customers from Faire to our B2B platform, including communication and onboarding.
  • B2B Platform & Systems Management: Conduct regular B2B housekeeping, including auditing the user base and removing inactive customers. Maintain and update the wholesale database (Klaviyo), ensuring monthly audits and removal of dormant accounts. Manage B2B platform updates, upload new product imagery and data, merchandise the platform for new deliveries, and update pricing and product copy as required. Oversee weekly updates and maintenance of Zee Maps.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain and update key sales tools and documents, support stockist onboarding by completing vendor forms and required documentation, organise and manage product samples, and provide office-based support to the sales team.
  • Additional Support: Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the Commercial Director and Head of Sales.
