As our next Community & Influencer Executive you will join a team that leads with kindness, dreams big and takes action together. You will be helping to scale a creative, purpose-led brand while shaping the impact we make in the world.
Salary: £34,000 + discretionary bonus (up to 10%)
Reporting to: Bethan (Social Media & Influencer Manager)
Location: Potters Bar (24-min train from Kings Cross)
Hybrid: 2 days per week at HQ (or more, if you wish!)

Reporting to our Social & Influencer Manager, you’ll build meaningful relationships, foster authentic content creation, and transform engaged followers into active brand advocates. You’ll ensure both influencers and our wider community feel seen, supported, and inspired by our mission - creating connections that not only amplify our brand but also strengthen the ES community from within.

What you will be doing
- Establish Influencers as a Growth Channel
- Support and develop the overall Influencer Strategy, working closely with the Social & Influencer Manager.
- Own micro‑influencers as a marketing channel – sourcing and building relationships based on brand alignment, engagement, and audience fit.
- Maintain an active and organisational influencer roster across the UK, US & EU.
- Monitor influencer performance, uncover opportunities, and share actionable insights to maximise impact.
- Manage Influencer Gifting Campaigns
- Manage all influencer gifting, from personalising orders to strategic product seeding, ensuring each touchpoint reflects our tone, values and creativity.
- Support quarterly elevated mailers and paid partnerships, including sourcing, outreach and logistics.
- Collaborate with your line manager on paid influencer collaborations, contributing fresh creative ideas that help shape campaign storytelling while they oversee budgets, contracts and approvals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all gifting and paid initiatives align with our brand narrative and community engagement goals.
- Own Influencer & Customer Engagement
- Serve as the main point of contact for influencers, ensuring excellent communication and strong brand representation.
- Track and re‑share influencer content to amplify reach and engagement, identifying opportunities for reactive gifting.
- Manage day‑to‑day community engagement on social media including responding to social and ads comments, recognising loyal followers and encouraging UGC.
- Identify opportunities to grow and engage the community, keeping ES stay connected to key conservation initiatives.
- Cross‑Functional Support
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams to ensure influencer content aligns with overall brand strategy and campaign moments.
- Support Paid Social teams with sourcing creators for ads content.
- Share community insights and emerging trends to inform product storytelling and future campaigns, helping close the loop between community feedback and brand action.
- Support ad hoc projects related to influencer and community activities as needed.
