Elizabeth Arden is a global prestige beauty company established in 1910 with an extensive portfolio of prestige beauty brands sold in over 120 countries. The brand portfolio includes Elizabeth Arden skincare, colour, and fragrance brands. We are looking for a beauty consultant to work 12.5 hours over 2 days.
Responsibilities
- Show passion for beauty and skincare and deliver exemplary customer service on the counter.
- Drive retail sales on your counter and work as a team to hit counter targets.
- Be enthusiastic about getting the best out of people, motivating others to deliver high standards of performance, and creating the right environment to deliver results.
- Coach, support, and develop the team to build skills, competencies, ambitious goals, and retail growth.
- Build positive and effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and management.
- Offer genuine and friendly service and advice to customers seeking the best in beauty products.
- Find the product or service that is perfect for the customer, showcasing knowledge of our innovative beauty products and services.
- Carrying out an RDSE service.
Requirements
- As a beauty Consultant, you are the face of the Elizabeth Arden counter, ensuring exemplary customer service and product knowledge is delivered on counter each day.
- You will be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing the team to successfully achieve the accounts business plan and targets.
- Above all you must be passionate about leveraging all opportunities to promote the brand and build the business.
- We are looking for you to show a real passion for beauty and skincare and a proven experience in delivering the kind of customer service we all love to receive.
- You will need to be committed to hitting targets by getting customers excited about our products and services and being an excellent team player.
- Experience in retail sales is required.
