We are seeking a sales-driven, creative, and client-focused Bridal Technician to join our small, close-knit team. This multifaceted role blends styling, technical garment preparation, bespoke accessory creation, and exceptional client service.

You will be involved in every stage of the bridal journey, from the first enquiry to the final fitting, ensuring each client feels supported, excited, and beautifully cared for. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours with potential overtime). Working hours are Monday to Friday with alternate weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a warm, personalised experience for every bride, guiding them through fittings, styling options, and accessories while ensuring comfort, confidence, and exceptional service throughout.
  • Assist with bridal fittings, including precise pinning for alterations, maintaining accurate records for the seamstress team, and preparing gowns to a high standard for collection.
  • Design and create bespoke bridal accessories, including veils, jewellery, and hairpieces, working closely with clients to bring their vision to life.
  • Manage client enquiries across multiple channels, oversee appointment bookings, maintain accurate records, and support administrative tasks including payments and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless client journey, while supporting stock management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a beautifully presented boutique environment.

  • 1+ years’ experience in luxury or wedding sales
  • Previous bridal experience is advantageous
