Main duties and responsibilities:
- Timetable Development and Management: Develop, optimize, and manage semester timetables for multiple ESL campuses, ensuring high space utilization and adherence to compliance guidelines. Collaborate closely with campus teams and partner universities to finalize and distribute the timetable before each semester, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving requirements.
- Resource Allocation and Optimization: Efficiently allocate classrooms, equipment, and other resources across campuses, aligning resource usage with the needs of students and faculty. Develop scheduling strategies to accommodate high-demand periods and address potential bottlenecks.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct advanced data analysis using various data management tools, focusing on data-driven decision-making. Generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into resource utilization, capacity, and optimization opportunities to inform strategic planning.
- Process Implementation and Execution: Design and manage data flow processes to support accurate data capture, reporting, and analysis across campuses. Implement and monitor process control measures to maintain high levels of efficiency and resource utilization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a central liaison between ESL’s operational team, academic departments, and campus coordinators to align resource planning with organizational goals. Keep all stakeholders informed of timetable changes and resource allocations, ensuring smooth operational communication.
