We're looking for a Junior Designer with 1–2 years' experience to join our small, close-knit creative team and get properly stuck in.

We're also looking to bring a new skillset into the business.

Alongside strong design fundamentals, we're looking for someone who is curious about automation and smarter ways of working.

You might have experimented with AI-assisted design tools, found ways to automate repetitive tasks, improved a creative workflow or simply have a natural instinct for making things work better.

You don't need to be an expert. What matters is that you're curious, proactive and excited to experiment — and can bring ideas that help the team design and work smarter.

  • What you will be doing
  • Create and adapt high-quality, on-brand creative across brand, print, digital, e-commerce, email and social.
  • Support campaign development across design, product and content collaborating with wider teams
  • Prepare artwork for digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Work within and help evolve the Elizabeth Scarlett visual identity.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Who we are looking for

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand and digital work.
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma, with strong fundamentals in typography, layout, colour and visual craft.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Curious and proactive, with an interest in new design technology, AI or automation — tell us what you’ve experimented with.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, question existing processes and spot opportunities to work smarter.
  • Collaborative and commercially aware, understanding how great creative can work for both the customer and the business.

Nice to have

  • Motion, animation or video editing experience.
  • Experience with AI-assisted creative tool or automation.
  • Experience working within a lifestyle, fashion, beauty or luxury brand.
