We're looking for a Junior Designer with 1–2 years' experience to join our small, close-knit creative team and get properly stuck in.

We're also looking to bring a new skillset into the business.

Alongside strong design fundamentals, we're looking for someone who is curious about automation and smarter ways of working.

  • Curious and proactive, with an interest in new design technology, AI or automation — tell us what you’ve experimented with.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, question existing processes and spot opportunities to work smarter.
  • Collaborative and commercially aware, understanding how great creative can work for both the customer and the business.

Nice to have

  • Motion, animation or video editing experience.
  • Experience with AI-assisted creative tool or automation.
  • Experience working within a lifestyle, fashion, beauty or luxury brand.

What we offer

  • A meaningful brand rooted in nature, art and conservation, giving 2% of every sale back to the wild.
  • A kind, curious team with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow and explore new creative technologies in a purpose-led brand
  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience +10% discretionary performance bonus
