Reporting to: Head of eCommerce.

Employment type: Full Time.

Why this role matters: We’re looking for an eCommerce Executive to own the day-to-day execution of our website and campaign emails, ensuring everything we launch is beautifully presented, commercially optimised, and flawlessly delivered. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our trading engine. You’ll sit between site, merchandising, and campaign delivery, working closely with Brand Content, CRM, Performance Marketing, and Product to bring launches and key trading moments to life. If you enjoy turning strategy into action, caring deeply about detail, conversion, and the customer experience, this role is for you.

Real ownership and responsibility — not a “support only” role. Exposure to the full eCommerce engine: site, trading, and campaigns. Clear progression toward Senior Executive or eCommerce Manager. A collaborative team that values quality, autonomy, and learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Catalogue & Product Pages: Maintain accurate product data, imagery, pricing, and tags across Shopify and connected platforms. Brief in eCommerce photography requirements for new products. Launch new products end-to-end: uploading assets, assigning collections, scheduling go-live dates, and QA’ing everything before launch. Monitor product page health daily and proactively fix issues before customers notice.
  • Execute website updates & merchandising: Implement new campaigns, content, and merchandising updates across the site. Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and live in time for key launches and promotions. Build and own a process for ensuring collections are merchandised and maintained to ensure strong conversion rate.
  • Improve the purchase funnel: Audit PDPs, collections, and key journeys for UX friction, speed issues, and SEO hygiene. Support A/B testing of copy, imagery, cross-sell modules, and checkout messaging. Track key metrics (CTR, add-to-cart rate, conversion rate) and surface quick wins and insights. Build, QA, and send campaign emails for product launches, promotions, and key trading moments. Ensure all emails are correctly segmented, tested, and UTM-tagged. Share performance insights with the CRM Manager and Head of eCommerce. Work closely with Brand, Product Marketing, and Product teams to deliver site updates. Support Performance Marketing with clean catalogue data, links, UTMs, and feed updates. Partner with Customer Service to ensure accurate product information across FAQs and support.

Who we are looking for: Detail-driven and commercially minded, with pride in high-quality execution. Proactive and accountable — spots issues early and takes ownership to fix them. Curious and motivated to learn, improve, and grow with the team. Hands-on Shopify experience (products, collections, navigation, content updates) and strong understanding of onsite merchandising, PDP best practices, and mobile UX. Confident building, QA’ing, and sending campaign emails (e.g. Klaviyo or similar). Nice-to-have skills: exposure to CRO testing, UX optimization, experience working alongside CRM or lifecycle marketing teams, familiarity with feeds and integrations (Meta, Google Merchant Center, Trip Whale, etc.). 2–5 years in an eCommerce, digital trading, or DTC operations or customer service/marketing role; Shopify-first or DTC brand background valued.

What we offer: Salary and performance bonus. Flexibility and time: Hybrid working (minimum 2 days in-office). 24 days holiday plus.
