About this position

Create Joy. Protect Wildlife. Build for Growth.

At Elizabeth Scarlett, we exist to create joy, inspire wonder, and protect wildlife - using art and design to connect people to nature, and to one another. By 2030, our goal is to have contributed over £2 million to wildlife conservation.

As one of our Seasonal Customer Service Advisors, you'll join a team that leads with kindness, dreams big and takes action together, helping us look after our customers through our busiest stretch of the year.

Why this role matters

  • Help customers with orders, returns, exchanges and general questions, resolving things first time wherever possible
  • Escalate the right issues to the right people, and flag anything unusual you spot along the way
  • Support the team through peak trading moments, including Black Friday weekend and Christmas
  • Bring problem-solving energy to every conversation, no two customer queries are quite the same

  • Able to be in the office for the first 5 days, for in-person training
  • Right to work in the UK
