We are working with a global, market-leading business who is hiring an Insights Manager to join the team. This is a key role in shaping product and commercial strategy, where you'll lead insight projects end-to-end. You will work independently to uncover customer needs and translate both qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable recommendations across international markets.
What you'll do:
- Lead and deliver customer and market research projects (qual & quant)
- Manage agencies, research panels and insight tools
- Turn data into commercially relevant insights and recommendations
- Support new product development and proposition testing
- Assess and optimise existing product positioning
- Influence stakeholders and champion the voice of the customer
- Track market trends and competitor activity
