Senior Qualitative Research Manager

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and strategic thinker to join a small, high-performing team in London as a Senior Manager in Strategic, brand focused Qualitative Research.

Senior Research Manager – Qualitative Research
– London (Hybrid)
– £45,000 – £55,000 + bonus

You’ll take the lead on multi-market and complex qualitative projects from setup to delivery, partnering with some of the world’s most-loved brands. This role is ideal for someone who loves uncovering powerful insights, crafting strategic recommendations, and delivering real value to clients.

Ethnography, semiotics, and cultural trends work all support the qualitative research, and strong writing and storytelling skills are essential. You’ll be encouraged to share ideas, push boundaries, and help shape the future of the UK business.

You should bring at least 5 years of experience in qualitative research, with a background in brand strategy, positioning, or innovation. A commercial mindset and the ability to think independently while working collaboratively are important. Experience in writing proposals or pitching ideas is a plus!
