We are looking for a Senior Insight Manager to join a well-known client-side company who owns some of the world’s most recognizable and loved food brands. Their portfolio is a powerhouse of market-leading names that consumers trust.

Location: Berkshire

Salary: Up to £80,000 + bonus

Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Insight Development: Define the insight agenda, identifying knowledge gaps and opportunities to drive strategy.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Innovation teams to influence brand positioning, shopper strategies, and product launches.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for brand growth and innovation.
  • Support NPD & Innovation: Ensure consumer insights drive the development of new products and marketing strategies.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8+ years’ experience in consumer insights, with exposure to both client-side and agency environments.
  • Experience with brand research, innovation and shopper, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with both ad hoc and continuous research methodologies.
  • Stakeholder management expertise.
