We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join a fast-moving insights and consultancy team. This is a predominantly new business role. You’ll be building and growing relationships with new and key clients, managing a healthy pipeline, and delivering on a personal sales target of £360k through a mix of new business, renewals and upsells.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and renewing existing client contracts – aiming for 90%+ retention.
- Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and bring in new logos.
- Leading on proposals, pitches, and commercial conversations.
- Running product demos and helping clients see real value.
- Getting out there – attending events, networking, and building your profile in the market.
