- Research Manager – Qualitative Insights
- Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + benefits
- Central London office – hybrid working
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualitative Research Manager who wants to stay hands‑on with designing and delivering qualitative research projects (both online and some face‑to‑face). You’ll spend a large part of your time involved end‑to‑end in projects and will also manage smaller‑scale studies independently.
We’re looking for an experienced Qualitative Research Manager from an agency background. The focus is on delivery, writing clear proposals, and bringing a thoughtful, enthusiastic approach to qualitative research.
This role sits within a highly successful, award‑winning research team known for high‑quality insight and a supportive culture.
What are they looking for?
- An established Qualitative Research Manager from a research agency.
- Strong hands‑on experience across the full range of qualitative methods (focus groups, depths, online communities, ethnography, etc.).
- Experience with a mix of research approaches such as concept testing, brand positioning, comms and message testing.
- Confident in client communication, proposal writing and producing clear, insightful reports.
- A curious, commercial thinker who enjoys solving client challenges through thoughtful qualitative insight.
