We’re working with a high-growth, forward-thinking insights agency that’s redefining how brands understand their customers. This is not your typical research environment. The team blends cutting‑edge technology, innovative methodologies, and bold thinking to deliver insight that actually drives impact. They’re known for challenging conventions, moving fast, and producing work that genuinely influences business decisions. If you’re a Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, ideas‑led environment — this could be a great next step.

The Role: As Project Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of delivery — owning end‑to‑end project execution across a diverse portfolio of research programmes for global brands. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure projects run smoothly from kick‑off through to delivery. Along the way, you’ll play a key role in client communication, fieldwork management, and keeping everything aligned and on track. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced agency setting, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and working with smart, collaborative teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Project Delivery: Plan, manage and deliver multiple research projects end‑to‑end; Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively solve issues; Lead project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions; Ensure high‑quality delivery to deadlines.
  • Operations & Resource Management: Coordinate internal teams and external partners (including fieldwork providers); Manage resource allocation across projects; Support survey scripting and platform setup where needed; Ensure strong project governance and financial oversight.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients; Provide regular updates on progress, status, and outputs; Build strong working relationships with stakeholders; Contribute to case studies and project storytelling.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing research projects within an agency environment.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating fieldwork and working with external suppliers.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured, problem‑solving approach.
  • Calm under pressure with strong prioritisation skills.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
  • Interest in data‑driven insights and innovative research approaches.

Why Join?

  • Work with a genuinely innovative, high‑tech insights team.
  • Exposure to global brands across a range of sectors.
  • A culture that values creativity, experimentation, and impact.
  • Fast‑growing business with real career progression opportunities.
  • A collaborative, ambitious environment where ideas are encouraged.
