We’re hiring an Associate Director to join a boutique insight consultancy known for blending behavioural science, qualitative research and design thinking to help major brands innovate and grow. This is a senior, hands‑on role for an experienced qualitative leader who loves getting under the skin of human behaviour and shaping insight that drives real‑world decisions. You’ll lead studies end‑to‑end, guide clients with confidence, and help turn rich insight into clear, strategic direction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading qualitative projects from design to delivery
