We’re looking for a senior qual researcher to head up the Qualitative Research & Insight team within a brand & innovation agency .
This is a leadership role where you’ll shape the way they uncover insights, develop strategies, and help clients reimagine their brands, products, and services. You’ll work on fascinating, long-term projects across industries like food & beverages (including alcohol), betting, tourism, and more—always with the freedom to innovate and push boundaries.
As the Head of Qualitative Research, you’ll be the driving force behind projects that don’t just understand people but create real-world change. Whether it’s defining market opportunities, rethinking customer journeys, or helping launch the next big thing, you’ll help turn insight into action.
This is also a people-focused role. We’re looking for a leader who can inspire and develop a team, someone who loves coaching others and is passionate about building a strong, collaborative culture. You’ll be the go-to for clients, building relationships that lead to lasting partnerships and delivering insights that make a difference in boardrooms and beyond.
