Head of Evaluation Salary: Up to £60k Locations: Edinburgh OR Newcastle What You’ll Do: We are looking for a Head of Evaluation to join a growing research and evaluation consultancy. You’ll play a crucial role in improving lives and breaking cycles of inequality. Your work will involve conducting in-depth research to help organisations design more effective services. Their work spans several key sectors, including Children and Young People, Health and Social Care, Employment, Education and Skills, Criminal Justice, Housing and Homelessness, and Communities, Places and Sustainability. You’ll evaluate programs to enhance outcomes and identify best practices. Managing funds to ensure maximum impact will be a key responsibility, allowing you to directly influence positive change. Additionally, you’ll lead high-quality consultancy projects, including evidence reviews, evaluations, needs assessments, and more, contributing to transformative solutions across various sectors. We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in related fields, demonstrating a track record of success in research and consultancy. Strong project management skills are essential, as you’ll be responsible for delivering results within timescales and budgets. Your ability to build excellent relationships with colleagues and clients will be crucial in developing trust and fostering collaboration.
