Are you an ex-teacher, trainer or someone who loves explaining things clearly and helping others learn? Or perhaps you’ve worked in a structured, professional environment and are looking for a career change into training, with full support and development? This is a people-focused role, where attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn matter more than prior industry knowledge. You will be given around 6 months of structured training and coaching, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys learning, asking questions and growing into a specialist role.
The Opportunity
You will join a small, professional training and operations team, supporting clients across the UK. Over time, you’ll develop into a trainer yourself, delivering courses, supporting clients and becoming a trusted subject expert. Training is delivered to a wide range of organisations, so confidence speaking to groups (online or in person) and the ability to explain information clearly is key.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering a number of training courses each week (full training provided)
- Supporting the booking, confirmation and administration of training courses
- Updating training materials as legislation and guidance changes
- Responding to client enquiries and providing helpdesk-style support
- Working closely with senior team members to ensure a high-quality client experience
- Supporting internal knowledge sharing and training when required
- Handling operational and invoicing administration linked to training delivery
- Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and industry changes
