An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retrofit & Construction Administrator to join a supportive and fast-paced team in Royston.

While experience in retrofit or decarbonisation projects would be beneficial, we also welcome applications from administrators with experience in the wider construction or housebuilding sector. You will play a key part in supporting site and office teams, ensuring information is managed accurately and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the site and acting as the main point of contact between site-based and off-site teams.
  • Handling and logging all data received from site accurately and efficiently.
  • Arranging and supporting construction meetings and related events.
  • Supporting the Construction Director with the distribution of construction-related documents and reports to site teams, stakeholders, and members of the supply chain.
  • Maintaining an accurate and well-organised electronic filing and archiving system.
  • Working in line with the company’s Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as an administrator within a retrofit or decarbonisation project is preferred; however, candidates from a general construction or housebuilding background will be considered.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
