We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee a large portfolio of HMO and PBSA properties in Nottingham. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the management of a large property portfolio ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. * Lead manage and motivate team members while organising branch rotas. * Conduct property inspections report findings and resolve maintenance issues. * Maintain certification for gas electricity HMO licensing and fire risk assessments. * Handle complaints and resolve tenant and landlord queries effectively. * Monitor PBSA bed spaces and ensure ANUK accreditation compliance. * Drive business development and build strong client relationships. * Select and monitor suppliers to ensure best value for landlords. * Advise landlords on property improvements and handle situations like anti-social behaviour or burglary reports. * Provide performance reports for key areas of the branch.
